Daytona Beach, FL - With February comes the start of racing series' across the county but it all starts with Speedweeks in Daytona. This week is the launch of both the ARCA RE/MAX Series and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Daytona International Speedway. As the Official Uniform Provider for the ARCA RE/MAX Series, G-FORCE Racing Gear makes the trip to the speedway annually in support of the drivers, crews and officials wearing the gear.
This year is truly a milestone for G-FORCE Racing Gear with the addition of 9 time ARCA RE/MAX Series and defending champion, Frank Kimmel to the growing list of drivers using the gear. Kimmel is wearing a brand new, G-FORCE Racing Gear custom fire suit inside his #44 Dodge. Also on the list are rookies Tayler Malsam and Tom Hessert III. Malsam will be in the Dodge Motorsports #4 and Hessert is in Andy Belmont Racing #1, both in the ARCA RE/MAX Series. Both drivers are wearing custom made G-FORCE Racing Gear drivers suits. Veterans Tim Mitchell, Brad Smith and Mike Koch are all also wearing custom G-FORCE Racing Gear driving suits.
All the ARCA RE/MAX Series officials are suited up in both the G-FORCE Racing Gear Crew Shoes and 2-piece custom made, G-FORCE Racing Gear fire suits.
As with most of the ISC and SMI tracks, the fire and safety personnel are wearing G-FORCE Racing Gear equipment. All EMS, Fire and track cleanup crews wear a variety of G-FORCE Racing Gear products including the Pro Crew Helmet, Crew Shoes, G1 Gloves and the popular GF505 Suit.
In the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, veteran Ken Schrader will be driving the BAM Racing #49 in both the Bud Shootout and the Daytona 500. When Schrader is piloting his ride, he wears the G-FORCE Racing Gear Pro-5 glove (part #4102).
