Wichita, KS - After a strong consistent season with Jeremy Campbell Motorsports in the #10c sprint car and the #e85 Danny King Ethanol Sprint Car, things have came together for both teams as Campbell has ended up in victory lane twice in the last three races. Last week Campbell clinched the season championship at 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas with the Jeremy Campbell Motorsports team, and his latest victory in the #e85 car puts the Michigan native one race away from the NCRA Championship, to be decided next week.
"We've led the NCRA point standing almost all season because of our consistency, but it feels great to get a win in this close to the end of the season," said Campbell. "And to get the win competing again people like Brian Brown, Jack Dover and almost 40 tough drivers from all over the Midwest makes it that much better."
"Moving to Kansas was a big step and I was hoping I'd still get to race and stay competitive and it's turned out better than I could have imagined. We're making plans for 2011 to be able to add bigger shows to our schedule and expand the team more and more. Things are looking great!"
Campbell has finished in the Top 10 with NCRA every race this season, and has recorded seven Top 5 positions in 11 races. The series finishes the season this coming weekend at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, Kansas.
